I picked up a CaringHearts Support Services’ flyer from one of the retail shops in Surrey and to this day, I believe that was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was looking around for care and support for my wife with Dementia and after some disappointment with the previous Carers, needed the best reliable Carers to support my wife with her day-to-day needs. I phoned them up to set an appointment. My wife and I met up with the friendly Manager 2 days later. We discussed at great length my wife’s needs and a couple of days later, I rang them up to advise that we were going to work with them. Their service was amazing, all my wife’s needs were well taken care of, from personal care, assistance around the house and companionship. I felt at ease leaving my wife at home with the Carers when I went out for other business with the comfort that my wife would be in good hands. My wife sadly passed on a few months later. Thank you, CaringHearts Support Services, for making my wife’s last days as comfortable as you could possibly do, am sure she is smiling down from heaven to the whole of your team.
