OUR CLIENTS' FEEDBACK

  • We would like to express our deep gratitude to Cecilia and the Caring Hearts team for the love and care giving to our late deceased father Patrick. His final few months were filled with love and support during the final part of his journey. It was clear to all of us that we could not have done without the physical and emotional help given to us during this time. Patrick and we are eternally grateful for the kindness shown to us during this difficult period. We could not have asked for more. With thanks and love!

  • My mum was in hospital for a hip surgery. Upon discharge, she needed someone to be her legs and hands until she recovered and was fully back on her feet. A family friend referred us to CaringHearts Support Services for a Carer for my mum. We were not disappointed. Upon the Carer’s first meeting with my mum, they both liked each other. The Carer was well trained, experienced, honest, compassionate, and patient with my mum. She assisted my mum with her daily needs like personal care, grooming, make-up and also ensured the house was kept clean and tidy at all times.  Daisy our dog also got a little pampering in the process as she would go for walks with the Carer and my mum in her wheelchair when they all needed a bit of fresh air outside. We wouldn’t have asked for better Carers for mum, thank you so much CaringHearts Support Services, may you continue to touch lives through your journey.

  • CaringHearts Support Services has cared for my 95-year-old aunt for the past year providing Live-in Care and support. There is joy and comfort in knowing that your loved one is well looked after in a familiar environment. My aunt takes pride in her home and loves to do a bit of gardening every now and then. CaringHearts Support Services ensured that the Carer provided to look after my aunt shared the same interests with my aunt. Every now and then you see them both in the garden weeding or planting fresh plants. The beaming smile on my aunt’s face says it all that she is happy and well looked after. Thank you, CaringHearts Supports Services, for bringing that beautiful smile to my aunt’s face and comfort to us as a family.

  • The service offered by CaringHearts Support Services is beyond excellent! I would recommend them to anyone needing care for their loved one without hesitation. They have looked after my sick dad for the past year and the Carers have been receiving nothing but praise from my mum and dad. The Carers are well trained, experienced, show compassion and always treat my dad with much love and respect , even during his worst days when sometimes it can be difficult to do so. They surely have hearts that care, as their name suggests. Keep up the good work CaringHearts Support Services!

    Amy- Client's Daughter
  • I picked up a CaringHearts Support Services’ flyer from one of the retail shops in Surrey and to this day, I believe that was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was looking around for care and support for my wife with Dementia and after some disappointment with the previous Carers, needed the best reliable Carers to support my wife with her day-to-day needs. I phoned them up to set an appointment. My wife and I met up with the friendly Manager 2 days later. We discussed at great length my wife’s needs and a couple of days later, I rang them up to advise that we were going to work with them. Their service was amazing, all my wife’s needs were well taken care of, from personal care, assistance around the house and companionship. I felt at ease leaving my wife at home with the Carers when I went out for other business with the comfort that my wife would be in good hands. My wife sadly passed on a few months later. Thank you, CaringHearts Support Services, for making my wife’s last days as comfortable as you could possibly do, am sure she is smiling down from heaven to the whole of your team.

    Manuel- Client’s husband
  • CaringHearts Support Services has supported my daughter who requires 24hr care, for some years now. Just recently I was faced with a crisis as both my daughter’s Carers were unable to support her. I contacted CaringHearts Support Services and a Carer was promptly provided. She arrived punctually and settled in quickly. She was kind, caring, experienced and capable of fulfilling the tasks required of her. She managed the bath and hair washes and prepared delicious meals. She also watered the garden and the hanging baskets during the very hot weather. They were able to access a local activity without transport and CaringHearts took them by car to an activity which was further afield. They were comfortable in each other’s company. As a bonus, the Carer gave the flat a thorough clean before she left. I would recommend CaringHearts Support Services to others. We were very appreciative of their support at such notice.

    Patricia- Client's Mother
  • An enormous thank you to CaringHearts Support Services for sending us Cecila to look after my Father In Law, Patrick for the last year of this life. Cecila was always kind and full of cheer and went that extra mile. Without her Pat could not have remained at home until he died, which is what he wanted, and she generously enabled him to achieve. Cecila ensured that Pat received the highest standard of personal care, which often meant providing this a number of times during the day and night. Thus, he was able to maintain his dignity. She also knew how to help Pat manage his pain and keep his spirits up.  In return Pat taught Cecila about the virtues of parsnips as a vegetable, such was their banter. Cecila was a hard worker and kept on top of the housekeeping. Everything was clean and tidy, Pat loved her beautifully ironed shirts.  When Cecila went on holiday, CaringHearts Support Services ensured that Cecilia’s replacement for those weeks was just as capable an individual.  This took the stress away from us as a family, knowing that 24/7 Pat was always in good hands. So once again, thank you CaringHearts Support Services for allowing us to have peace of mind on this journey with Pat.  May he rest in peace and God Bless you and your Carers.
